HELP US RAISE MONEY FOR Y CAFFI! Cardiff City Community Table Tennis Club is a charity. Our aim is to use the medium of table tennis to make a positive difference in people’s lives. Our club is open to anyone, regardless of gender, age, ability, race etc. and we want to help players maximise their potential and reach their goals, whatever they may be. Alongside our performance work, our club runs sessions for different community groups. Thanks to a grant from the Welsh Government, we began to build a café – Y Caffi - in the club last year. When Y Caffi is up and running, all our groups and players will be able to socialise following a Table Tennis session. This will help with confidence building and developing social skills. We hope that, eventually, Y Caffi will bring in some much-needed revenue to develop the club for the future, and will also provide local volunteering and employment opportunities. To open Y Caffi for our community groups and wider membership, we are aiming to raise £3,000 through crowdfunding donations on https://chuffed.org/project/cardiff-city-community-table-tennis-club-y-caffi (Link in bio!) Donations will be used to finish fitting out Y Caffi and to buy initial supplies. All the money raised will ensure Y Caffi is a success, supporting community work and table tennis in Wales.
